You're welcome Kate.
I'm so exicted about lost, even more so now I've read some of the episode guides!
Just a reminder to everyone, please read the rules etc over on the new board. We've been pretty relaxed about rules on here but we're clamping down on the new board!

Alias UK Moves
As some of you may have noticed Alias UK has been a little on the quiet side over the past few weeks. This is possibly due to a number of reasons including the fact that Alias is not currently being shown on a UK terrestrial channel which means that many members don't have anything 'new' to say.
Anyway in order to get a bit more activity on the board, we've decided to add a section specifically for fans of JJ Abrams' other hit show - Lost - which starts airing in the UK on 10th August on Channel 4.
Incidentally with the future of Alias being in doubt after Season 5, we think bringing 'Lost' into the equation will bring a new lease of life to the board.
With this in mind we've decided to move from ProBoards over to InvisionFree. Mainly because InvisionFree looks a bit more professional and it will hopefully solve a few of the server problems that we've had here.
Over the past few weeks I have been working on the new board, getting episode guides etc transferred over along with keeping up-to-date with news articles etc. Yesterday I also finished getting the colour scheme ready (which incidentally is the same as this one, or as near to as possible) and with the new 'Lost' section completed, the new board is ready to go.
This board will remain open for current members for the time being, but all Alias sections will be closed to posting and will be read-only. Please transfer all discussions over to the new board. The Off Topic sections will remain open for posting for the time being but we encourage you to use the new board as much as possible as this one will eventually become totally read-only.
Alias UK can be found at the following url -
http://s9.invisionfree.com/Alias_UK/index.php?
Myself, Jae, Melian and Becky will remain in charge of the boards. However once the new board has been fully established with lots of new (active) members, we will be looking for people to join the Alias UK team. In particular we will be looking for moderators for certain forums to help us keep the board running smoothly. These new additions will be in charge of certain parts of the board, they will not have control over all sections of the board like the four current staff do. So if you might be interested then keep an eye open for an annoucement over there, as members from this board, who we know and trust will have an advantage!
We hope you will understand why we're moving and we hope to see you all over there.

Smiles Update!
You'll be pleased to know that the extra smilies that we had prior to the board being upgraded are now back!
It's a slightly different code than before which means it works slightly differently to the last time. Before you could just select the name from the drop down menu and it would automatically add your smilie to your post, but now when you select a smilie it will show you a preview of it in the box. You will then need to click on the picture of the smilie for it to be added!
Or Click on the 'View All Smilies' link and it will bring up a box with images of all the smilies available. Then just click on the one you want to use!
It's easier for me to add similies now, so if there are any you want me to add, let me know the url to the image you want and I will upload it to the board!
